So far, I have been very please with the service. The initial contact call was professional and commercial. The tradesman turned up on time, found the issue immediately and fixed it without fuss or mess. Hopefully the mend is a good one.... time will tell! He was so efficient he even had time to fix another, probably trickier issue, well within the hour.
